I hit one yr in about 3 hrs.
Still want one more at times than I'd expect. this weekend, for example, a friend of mine got killed in a motorcycle accident. Not that I have any illusions it would help. Just that everyone stands there smoking talking about it and for a few minutes it seems like the thing to do...ya know?

Hello all. I was a member of this group about 2 years ago when I last quit. It lasted 8 months. I fell for the "I'll just have one puff" deal. I was foolish but have learned from my mistake. I quit once more since then but it didn't last long. It was destined to fail my heart just wasn't into it. This time is different though I am determined to make it my last quit. Still having a rough time though with the mental withdrawals. One week, four days, 1 hour, 9 minutes and 57 seconds. 260 cigarettes not smoked, saving $91.82. Life saved: 22 hours, 0 minutes.
