Hi To Everyone, I just got this in my email. what a nice surprise. I used to be on the other board but stopped going. Needless to say after 3yrs and 6 months i slipped. I smoked for about 6 months, but now have a few months again. I went back to smoking 2 packs a week. What a job trying to control that situation. Good to see so many of you all still here and doing good. I just wanted to say hi. lucy 4m,3wks.2d. 2910 not smoked, $436.55 saved

Hi Everyone! I was so excited when Pat sent me the email that you had moved to another board. (Thank you Pat.) The board has changed many times since my quit. And I lost my information about how much time had passed and how much money I had saved in my last computer crash. All I can tell you is it will be SIX YEARS this coming June and it feels WONDERFUL!!! Never in my wildest dreams could I have ever imaged I would be able to make that prior statement! And, without a doubt, the message board was a big part of my quit.................so keep close to your friends here, keep posting, keep reading, and keep quitting!!
If I can do it, anybody can do it!!
My best to all of you..................Ginger

Hello everyone,
They really make it easy to spice up your post!! It's nice to see quite a few folks who haven't posted in a while. We're having a beautiful, light spring snow today in Denver.
