Below is a link to a website for quitting smoking. It's designed as a 10 day plan to stop. If you are newly quit and still struggling with cravings, Chapters 5 & 6 may help. I love that site too. It's really helped me along with a book by Allen Carr called The Easyway to Quit Smoking. Really changes the way you think about both smoking and quitting.
