I've been walking when weather permits. That hasn't been a lot lately. Either it's been too hot and muggy or it's been raining. But, I have added those little extra walks like parking farther away at work and at the grocery store. Stuff like that. I have been doing pilates also. Boy do I feel like I've had a good work out when I'm done. The hardest part for me is getting started. I can always find excuses for other things that need to be done. But, once I bite the bullet and do it, I feel great afterward.

Going to Curves and walking, walking, walking, and eating popcorn...no strike that. I don't know WHERE that came from.....

Hi, Dee and Patti, I just joined Curves last week and I love it!!!! I am riding my bike also, when it isn't too dang hot out there. Haven't lost any weight yet. Love Dorothy

I started going on my eliptical trainer and then got busy with other stuff and going to get back at it again seriously tomorrow. If this white stuff ever leaves and the weather turns nice again I also want to start walking again with the dog. Good luck everyone with your workout plans!
