Maybe if we have to tell each other our "sins" we'll not give in to our junk food cravings. So far today I have not had ANY junk food, but my craving doesn't kick in until about 9 o'clock in the evening. But maybe, since I have to tell you, I won't eat any of that Moose Tracks ice cream in the freezer. Maybe....

I had a cone of low fat cherry yogurt, the frozen kind. I just can't manage dieting.

>:(I had a pretty big peanut butter cup ice cream cone in a waffle cone. What really makes it bad is I made it myself and could have just put a LITTLE ice cream on it, but went WAY over the half cup allowed. I can't control myself. It's as bad as smoking as far as I'm concerned, but at least it doesn't stink! That was last night. Today I will do better and NO ICE CREAM ALLOWED!

my MAJOR weakness is sweets. I constantly ate spice drops ($1/bag from Walmart!) on the way to work. Will probably do the same on the way home. I'm addicted!!!

I don't think I'll be snacking at all tonight. We had a late supper, and then I drank 2 cups of coffee. No, I won't be needing any snacks. I just won't SLEEP tonight is all!

Home fries. My son came over for dinner last night. And I fried up a whole skillet of home fries - his favorite. Did I eat them. You bet. Not great when you're doing low carb. I just couldn't help myself.

I'm counting the dam points. I can have 26 a day with WW. I had my 94% fat free popcorn. Now my Baked Chips with some 2% cheese. Dinner was chicken breast boneless and skinless in salsa with pepper and onion.
Its not bad too bad. I'm down about 5 lbs. Give or take an ounce. I get weighed in tomorrow night. Try the Cape Cod Chips 40% lower in fat. They are very good. Do you have them where you live?

Congrats MK. That's fantastic - the 5 pounds, and the fact you didn't gain after going to the shower. You go girl!

CONGRATS, MK
You are awesome. I remember when we first quit smoking and you started hitting the gym how well you did. I am so happy for you. I need to try harder!
