Good morning Ann! Yes, keeping the quit. Still loving every minute of being free of the weed. The Olympics started last weekend and I took last Friday morning off to see the torch ceremony in front of my place - and then to the Canadian Mint to touch a gold medal - waited 2.5 hours only to find out that since there was such a huge turnout we now have to purchase tickets to touch the gold and all of us who had waited lost out. Went to get a ticket and of course they were all sold out...sheesh...I hate crowds... But waited in this crowd and I hadn't had a big breakfast and didn't bring water so I was not prepared for a 3 hour wait and near the end got to feeling a bit wonky/faint but luckily found some gum and the inner strength to hang in for another 1/2 hour and then left and had lunch but that extra strength came from not smoking and the eating right and exercising which followed. The benefits of not smoking are tremendous! All you visitors/lurkers, take note. Quit while you're ahead. It's wonderful over here and remarkably easy to do once you make up your mind. Well, have a great smokeless week everyone!

checking in after visiting the gulf coast....still a bit colder than expected. The trip was nice and always good to get away. Driving down and home with no smoking is no problem at all anymore. I just love that~
Love the Olympics too ... go USA!
