We spent the weekend at a waterpark resort. I had a great time. But everyone of us is sore! After all of the buffeting of waves and waterslides...I feel "tenderized". Good thing I have the pain meds, my hip is feeling a lot better...now it's everthing else ! Fun is good, painful, but good. 10.27.99

Good morning everyone! Yes, looking forward to another smoke free week! I've increased my exercise and find that I may have to scale back. I'm a bit tired and achy and not in a good way. Perhaps I'm getting a flu? Anyhow, no complaints from this end. Smoke-free is sooooo great.
Have a great smokeless week everyone!

checking in a bit late... I played in a golf outing over the weekend, and i would say 80% of the guys were smoking. I want to shake them and say WHY?? Drinking and smoking go hand in hand...not sure if this says anything...but i took the Top prize. :-)

Hi Slim! 80% - wow! Michigan must be one of the last strongholds for smokers. It makes it even more of an achievement that you quit and are able to keep the quit. The connection between your winning and not smoking will not go unnoticed by them I'm sure. KTQ.
