I hope all of you had a wonderful weekend. How are all of you keeping warm in these freezing temps, who is in a warm climate and doesn't have to put up with this? Please check in and let us know how you are doing.

Good morning Ann and all. Should be about 46 here today, and we dodged another snow. Can't complain.

Busy weekend away with the Boy Scouts. Physical activities leaving me with sore muscles and the reminder that I'm not in shape.
Nearing the end of January already. If you'd quit on New Years you'd almost have a month down now. I have not one single reget for quitting.

Good morning all! I've been fighting a killer cold this past week but I think I should be good enough to Ho back to work tomorrow. I'm lucky I have understanding bosses. I think that my not smoking helps a lit. I would probably have a hacking cough now if I were still smoking. Don like you I have not one single regret that I quit smoking and a million things to be grateful for that I did. As for cold weather here not so much. We had a bit of snow last week which quickly turned to rain. Indeed I expect cherry blossoms soon. We don't get sun like California but our winters are very mild. We really only have two seasons here in Vancouver Canada and they are spring and fall with a couple of weeks of the rest. Well have a great week my lovelies. Stay warm and smokefree and all will be well.

Lots of cold here in Michigan...heat wave today since we hit 30 degrees. Of course that would be -1.1 Celsius for some of you. If we can just get thru Feb....we will see the light. Yes ...off in the distance......sunshine....ahhhhh
I still see smokers here and there and just say quietly to myself...Thank God i quit smoking. Lots of raw experience above me in this thread...whoa....good stuff! Have a good week all!~ 9 Years 7 Months 2 Weeks 53 Minutes 24 Seconds. Cigarettes not smoked: 105451. Money saved: $21,090.22. Time/Life saved: 2 Yrs 2 Days 7 Hrs 11 Mins 7 Secs

Plenty of cold off and on in Minnesota too. I am so grateful I don't have to go outside at work to smoke. What a blessing that is. My health is much more important. Have a great weekend everyone.
