hey everyone! How are you doing with the heat wave? We in Vancouver Canada are fortunate. It is mild and rain is coming up. Many are glum about it but its better than a heat wave. Any weather is fine weather when you don't smoke though. Check in with your stats. Have a great smokefree free week my friends.

Hey, I don't have to shovel heat. But I must admit that I when it's 95+ degrees, I don't always drop the top on the car.
Judy, to answer your earlier question, The Boy is 13 and The Girl (who's never seen me smoke) is now 10 and is currently at home with mom painting over her pink walls since she now feels she's outgrown pink.

Hey Don If you and I posted pics of our kids now.....i bet it would be shocking! They grow up way to fast my friend. I am leaning towards girls are more challenging than boys...imho
