Karyn, don't let fear of withdrawal keep you from quitting. Like any fear, the fear is worse than the reality. You will not die! You will not be comfortable at times but that will pass.
Jump in and swim.
Exercise\walking is a wonderful to keep yourself committed with quitting.

Hey Joe, You said you were looking for a Mac quitmeter. I found a link to one you might want to give a try: www.svmac.com/Pages/sw.html#qt2Another option might be to try an online meter and link to that from within a post -- although I already tried to do something similar and had some probs.

Of course the best part of this image Deacon John, is the lack of a cigarette hanging out of your mouth!

How does one address a deacon? Besides, of course, Congratulations!
Maybe I jumped the gun a bit, from an earlier posting from you "...and please keep me in your prayers as Jan. 22 approaches - thats the day I will be ordained as a deacon. God bless, John. "

Car no wanna start....frozen fuel line I suspect. Charging the battery for a 3rd time this morning, but I've already consigned that this will be a sick day from the office. That's OK...got lots of projects to do at home.
Good weekend. My friend who I visited in FL last month came up for a visit. He smokes, but I make no big deal about it. The Boy, however, started reading him the "riot act". (Which I hurriedly interrupted.) So sad being a smoker these days, even kids are harassing you.
Smokers already know that smoking is bad for them. Telling them to quit won't make it so. It's up to the individual to make that decision to fight the addiction.
