One month quit is a very important milestone! You have made it to a point in your quit that most people never get acheive!! Something to be very proud of and a reward is in order. Keep the quit Elaine

One month and I feel great. I am so happy I quit and very happy I found all of you.
Slim--I do have a reward. On Friday I am leaving for Costa Rica for a week ( No, the trip is not my reward) and my reward is: I will be able to sit comfortably on the airplane for hours without dying for a cigarette and I won't have to rush off the plane to find a smoking area. HOW COOL IS THAT?
