Welcome Snowmom. You've come across a great group of quitters. Everyone here is very supportive. We've all been where you are. I hope you come here often and read and post. Let us know if there's anything we can do for you.

Well its Thursday Morning at 9:42 am still smoke free, doing very well I might add. I have 5 children all under the age of 7 so I am not sure how I am doing this, but I am. I like the look on my oldest face when I tell her ok Mommy hasnt smoked in 3 days going on 4. My husband is doing this right along with me, I am proud of us all. The down times I find myself wandering around my house feeling a little lost so I force myself to find ANYTHING to do. Thank You for your responses. I will keep you posted.

Hi Snowmom,
Perhaps it should be SuperMom! 5 kids and quitting besides....that is very cool! I wish you and your husband the very best as you venture out on this journey to smobriety. Remember this is your quit and you should do whatever it takes to stay smokefree. Do not let anything cloud your decision. Be a bit selfish if you can. Warn the kids LOL
For you know it your heart of hearts that quitting is your best option! You want to provide a good example to your kids...be there for the important stuff and not out sneaking a smoke. Many of us have been there. WE understand and will support you anytime you need it.
Post often for best results :-)
It's nice to meet you

You are doing great! It seems like yesterday I was at my first week. Keep up the good work.
Three weeks, six days, 8 hours, 21 minutes and 8 seconds. 957 cigarettes not smoked, saving $143.58. Life saved: 3 days, 7 hours, 45 minutes.
