Blake, please check in today. Your message last night was frantic. Yes, we've all been there, but we want to know that you are ok. I hate to say this, but the hives may be from the adhesive vs. the amount of nicotine. I hope dropping down to 14mg helped though. Also, why did you go off of the Wellbutrin also? If you can't wear the patch, try the lozenges. I hear they work great. I know several people on this bb have recommened them, and I work with a couple of people who quit using them. Don't let the nicobeast convince you that you cannot do this without using the patch. That's a mind game. You can do it cold turkey if need be. Ask Slim about that. Please let us know how you are doing.

Made it through last night and all day Wed. Now it's back to the pm where it is toughest. Yes the lower doseage seemed to be fine without hives today so I am sticking with the 14mg.
Thanks for your concern.
