Been out of bed since 4:25 am!!
Been smoke free for 6 years, 3 months, 2 weeks, 5 days, 33 minutes and 5 seconds. 80,605 cigarettes not smoked, saving $10,075.73. Life saved: 39 weeks, 6 days, 21 hours, 5 minutes.

I am only slightly ashamed to admit I spent most of Sunday reading and napping... so I was up bright and early this morning! 2 months, 1 week, 1 day, 17 hours , 11 mins and 26 secs $306.75 saved by not smoking 2788 cigarettes which saves 1 week, 2 days, 16 hours and 20 mins of my life. (it never gets tiring reading these stats!!)

Been up since 7:30 this morning. Bea-U-tiful day in Dallas, Texas! Just got back home after a great salad lunch with my hubby. And, Elaine, I could have used your help yesterday! A friend and I loaded, unloaded and stacked a cord of firewood for me. LOL. That was FUN!
On an even happier note:
Two days, 6 hours, 3 minutes and 51 seconds. 135 cigarettes not smoked, saving $23.65. Life saved: 11 hours, 15 minutes. Those stats are not tiring to me either, I wanna shout it to the world -).

I decided to upgrade both my computers to Win xp pro Lost of tweaking, configuring, installing, settings, and being to picky! :-) Ah Life is good! I gave blood today like a good boy. Never even considered doing that when I smoked. Who had time. Kind of tired tho this afternoon. Nap time Business is slowing down so if your planning a move to Michigan anytime soon, be sure to email me! Oh no...is that spam.. Forgive me patti lol No quit meter thingy today...still looking for that back up disk ...so I quit June 11, 2001...that's a long time for you newbies Saved over $7000 bucks.. and hopefully my life! :-) Keep the quit

You've got to be kidding, what does my bed look like? Spending days sitting at the hospital with hubby then the early morning and evening hours are spent getting caught up with relatives, cats and the house = but I'm still smoke free.

Here with the crud, but smober for Two years, six months, three weeks, one day, 10 hours, 47 minutes and 55 seconds. 37457 cigarettes not smoked, saving $6,555.15. Life saved: 18 weeks, 4 days, 1 hour, 25 minutes.

batman here still smoke free. spent the day yesterday in orlando. manatees will be running soon. batman at that times goes under water and swims with the wild manatees. eneryone keep safe this week and SMOKE FREE

Snowmom Here! Smoke free "One month, 1day,12hours,48mins. Had a physical at the doctors yesterday, doing great, cholestrol is a TOTAL of 179, thyroid, iron, sugar everything is great. Would have never thought of going to get a physical while I was smoking. I am feeling really great! ;D ;D ;D

4 Years, 7 months, 3 Weeks, 21 hours, 31 minutes, 15 seconds, 61,000 not smoked and tacked on 30 days to my life.
Going to the gym, lost 15 lbs thanks to WW. I can fit in some of my clothes!!!
