;D ;D ;D ;D It is with a deep sense of gratitude and profound honor that I accept my certificate of my one-week quit! When I was in elementary school, (I can't remember exactly which grade I was in), it was the last day of school before summer vacation and the teacher passed out pieces of paper that were rolled up and tied with ribbon to the class. Each student received one. At the time I thought it was the greatest thing in the world for me to receive this “scroll”. It didn’t really matter that everyone else got one too, just that I had mine. I wouldn’t be here today without the support, friendship, companionship, nurturing and caring I have found within the posts of this site! It is my conviction that with truth, courage, and determination as my weapons, I will stay smoke-free. For all of you out there who struggle to be rid of the ol’ Nicodemon, take it one day at a time and know that your heart, body, mind, spirit and world is better without nicotine. Thank You ALL so much! /BOW One week, two days, 1 hour, 14 minutes and 15 seconds. 543 cigarettes not smoked, saving $95.04. Life saved: 1 day, 21 hours, 15 minutes.
