"Thank you I am a new member and this is only my second day without and alittle on edge today I hope I can do this. I can use all the surport I can get. Thanks Cbailey" It's a little quiet on weekends and holidays around here, but hang in there. Someone always checks in sooner or later. Go thru and read the old posts. There are also some great links provided in some of the threads that take you to some great stop smoking sites. Read and post. Rant and rave. Whatever it takes to remain smoke free. Congrats on your decision to become a healthier you.

;DHello Cathy Bailey
Please stay on this board and give it a try. This board was what I was missing on my previous quits. I really needed the support that I got here. Do what you have to do, drink water, use patches, gum, but don't pick up a cigarette. You can do this. Nothing is more important than you taking care of yourself and stopping smoking. Put yourself first and keep the quit.

Welcome, Cathy! I haven't logged in for over a week, so apologies for the late welcome... I have found this board and the folks here to be a wonderful place for support and inspiration. Try to check in often and be sure to post BEFORE you give in to the nicodemon. Usually by the time you get done posting, the craving will have passed - it's that easy! KTQ and Just say N.O.P.E. (Not One Puff Ever) My Stats: Three weeks, two days, 9 minutes and 40 seconds. 1380 cigarettes not smoked, saving $241.57. Life saved: 4 days, 19 hours, 0 minutes.
