Way to go John. The worst week of your life is behind you. Surviving Hell Week means you can take on the devil himself and win. We are all sooooooo very proud of you.

Welcome to Heck Week, a slightly modified version of the prior week. In this phase the physical addiction has less pull, but since nature abhors a vacuum, the mental addiction starts to assert itself whenever it can.
Don't get lax. Your journey of self-discovery has just begun. Mind games. This is when you are faced with silly, pathetic mind games. These can be as hard as the physical withdrawal pains. They are sneaky and insideous. Be alert! Plan to be ambushed. Be prepared for that.
Btw...you're doing great!

Again, thank you all. Getting ready for week #2. Yes, the lies of the cigbeast do come into my mind, but I am using the techniques from a good quit smoking book that I have read, many of the posts here, and some other methods, which all help me to fight the urges and get back to life.
I hope all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
God bless John
