here I am and what do I expect next

Your right Don. those 2 puffs didn't do much for me. The urges are back and I didn't really accomplished anything. So I am hangin in there.What can I expect to feel like today? right now I have a very strong urge.Have had it since I got up early this morning.

You were right to come here when the craving come to you. Stick to it they will leave you today and everyday does get better. Some days will be real bad but it does get better. It never will get better if you give in to a craving. You must go through Hell before you get to the end but hold on it is well worth it.
Start exercising or walking or something to get past the urge as best you can. Sit in the bathtub, shower, drink water, clean, run, hit a pillow anything but a cig. that will only move you backwards.
Hang in there, you CAN do this!!!! and soon you will be ;D

What can you expect today.......More of the same.

Cravings....some big some small...excuses as to why just one is ok...that is the beast talking....irritablity....nothing very pleasant....cause they don't call it hell week for nothing. Somehow you must find a way to get thru one day at a time.

I think most of us begin by stubborness and monster resolve...like I must quit today...my life depends on it!!! GRRRRRRRRRRR I ain't smoking I don't care what happens or how bad I feel grrrrrrrrr

and I also prayed alot for the strength to go on

AT some point ( and this varies for each of us) you will feel better and things will seem easier. I hope and pray you find your path to freedom Country. It will be a huge blessing in your life. Do it for you! Get mad and get control. Don't let that nasty nicobeast get you! You really can do it.
