How about a movie?
A mini-series might be good too.
Something long to keep your mind occupied.
Believe me when I say that it won't always be this way.

when all else fails >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.sleep
Also
being positive and verbalizing the positive and positive matra's do help alot!
If you say you can't quit or this is to hard or I'll never make it...you probably won't.
I can do this! I feel better and better without the nasty smokes. smoking isn't an option I can stay quit for another hour. I choose to be smokeless I don't care what others do...I am not smoking no matter what!
Hang in there Country

Hi Country.
You can come back anytime you want.
The internet helped me a lot. Chewing sugar free gum, drinking water or juice and surfing anything I could find. It's mind food, time consuming. It can shortcircuit cravings.
I did my darnest to stay away from smokers. I talked to people who didn't smoke, found many who had quit. How did you do it, was one of my first questions. You'd be surprised how much support & wisdom you will find.
