Just want to say I made it. I just kept saying that I'll not give in. It's 10mp,m. and I feel good right now. Many thanks to everyone here who is helping me and even the prayers I'll accept. Such a group of nice people.

You are doing the right thing to keep busy and keep downing the water. It WILL get easier, the cravings WILL go away. Keep posting and let us know how you're doing!

I don't know what happened but I am not having a good day. I feel depressed and broke down and cried earlier. I just don't understand.I hhave been staying busy and drinking lots of water I cried too, a former tough jock who had his ligaments torn and bones broken and never shed a tear, yet with qutting I broke down. Some of the others here at the site told me to watch out for 3's, "day 3," "week 3." etc. Hang in there Countryblocks! I'm praying for you!! God bless, John

Country, you're going to have peaks and valleys. Enjoy the peaks and get thru the valleys. When you're low, think of the highs you've enjoyed. Emotions are the pits in the early stages. Cry, there's no shame. Get mad, it's ok. Just keep coming here before you let yourself be defeated. It WILL smooth out, I promise.
