Todat I got up and was ok for a little while. Then there came the habit of a morning cigarette with coffee so I went back to bed. I got up about an hour hour and am to keep going. Good for you Country! Believe me it will get easier as time goes by. Just keep doing what you are doing. If you have a cry that is okay! It is good for the soul to cry and get rid of all that built up frustration and anger and toxins that you have put into your body all these years smoking. It is another way of cleaning out the gunk. So cry, cry, cry You are doing very, very good! You are almost through Hell Week. YOU CAN do this!!!!!!!!! Try to laugh after you cry as that is good for your body also ;D Russ

Remember these first few days. Get thru them by any means possible, but get thru 'em. No one wants to go thru Hell Week again. You are starting the creation of a brand new you. I'm proud of you! You are proving your toughness and determination to yourself and everyone. Don't give in....ever.
