Welcome Bici. I saw your post on the new members thread. Congrats on your time quit so far. It's pretty quiet here on the weekend, but someone jumps on this bb on occasion. I hope your husband is successful also. You are the first person I've ever heard say something negative about the logenzes. All of the people I know that used them and quit, loved them. Oh well, to each his own. There are lots of ways to quit smoking, but they are not all right for each person. The important this is that you quit. Keep us posted each day if you can. Oh, and congrats on the new car too. I hope your sister is doing well.

Hi Bici
I too, smoked for 43 years. A 43 year withdrawal from much of life. A way to hide, to escape the everyday stress (or so I thought). It took 8 tries for me to quit, and finally make it.
As you know, there's many times an impulse tries to yank you away from your quit. Don't let it get to you... You're quitting for YOU. Enjoy life anew.
