Thanks Judy & Batman about the patch. I'll keep using it. No question. I don't want to light up again. It's just that I don't see any improvement in my reaction today than to the first day I quit and being without the patch. Since I dropped down a step in the patch 2 weeks ago, I thought I might feel a little less agony without it. Sure hope that improves with time. Thanks for the encouragement though.

Let me add my "happy New Year" to everyone else's. I am ever thankful that I no longer smoke. Barbie, just think how long you smoked. You can't just "wish" an addiction away...it takes time and effort. If you need the patch stay on it. There is no disgrace in using an aid to quit smoking. When you have a headache you take medicine don't you? The patch is medicine for you quit. Don't feel guilty...just use it.
I've been quit for Four years, eight months, one week, four days, 5 hours, 30 minutes and 42 seconds. 51486 cigarettes not smoked, saving $9,010.42. Life saved: 25 weeks, 3 days, 18 hours, 30 minutes.
