Good Morning everyone did you have a good weekend? It turned very cold here in northern Ohio and we shoveled snow yesterday and will probably shovel again today. At least the white looks better than the drab brown.
4 years 11 months 3 weeks 6 days, 36,478 not smoked, saved $4,541.52, life saved 18 weeks

Had a great weekend. I am doing much better. Thank you all. Had one of those smoking dreams a couple of nights ago. I put the butt to my mouth and could smell the smoke and then spit it out screaming "NO!" in my dream.
Happy to say I have been quit for 1 Month, 4 Weeks, 22 hours, and 16 (58 days). I have saved $278.42 by not smoking 1,591 cigarettes. I have saved 5 Days, 12 hours and 35 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 11/19/2004

Barby still not smoking but still messing around with the patch. Have to take it off at night because of sleep disturbances. A small portion of a piece of 2 mg nicotine gum gets me thru until I'm ready to put a new patch on. I'm going to try the step 3 patch at the end of this week when I run out of the step 2s. I sometimes feel a little wired on the step 2, so maybe that means it's time to step down. It won't take long to find out!
It's been freezing cold here. My poor car was frozen shut this weekend and I really had to fight to get into it. Brrrrr
One month, four days, 6 hours, 3 minutes and 13 seconds. 1057 cigarettes not smoked, saving $137.48. Life saved: 3 days, 16 hours, 5 minutes.

Hi guys just checking in, two weeks to go, getting very nervous. Just in case she cant borrow her friends computer, Liz is still doing great, but her daughter accidentally spilled juice all over her computer and it is on the fritz, but she got a message through on our babyworld site.

Car no wanna start....frozen fuel line I suspect. Charging the battery for a 3rd time this morning, but I've already consigned that this will be a sick day from the office. That's OK...got lots of projects to do at home.
Good weekend. My friend who I visited in FL last month came up for a visit. He smokes, but I make no big deal about it. The Boy, however, started reading him the "riot act". (Which I hurriedly interrupted.) So sad being a smoker these days, even kids are harassing you.
Smokers already know that smoking is bad for them. Telling them to quit won't make it so. It's up to the individual to make that decision to fight the addiction.
