I am new to this site, still poking around finding my way.
I live in Canada (eh) and am about to embark on my 3rd serious and final quit. I had quit before for 3 years and keep kicking myself for ever starting again but here I am. One of the reasons I was able to quit was the support of other quitters so I look forward to meeting all of you in here.

A big welcome to you Kit!
Quiting is easy--I used to quit each night, then wake up next morning and start again.
Support is key to staying Quit.

Hi Kit Were you a part of the old just4u board? If not, how did you find us?
Welcome and good for you on making a decision to quit for good~! Have you set a quit date yet? Are you using any aids this time around? There are lots of quitters here to support you in your quit and like you know already...support is a key ingredient to any successful quit. Ask any questions and post as often as you want. We are here to help you.

Hello Kit. I'm so happy you found us. We are a small group, so you'll get to know most of us well, and never feel lost in a crowd. Feel free to ask and share anything here, and somebody is sure to have info or advice for you. Never feel that your questions are trivial, or not smoke-related....
This board is usually quiet on the weekends, but if you need help, post anyway.....somebody always checks in!

Hi Kit. Welcome aboard. I'm in my 4th year as an ex-smoker. I couldn't have made it without the support of the people on this board. I hope you'll stick around and let us help you to success!
