Another beautiful day in Michigan...sun is shining...i can hardly take it! :-) 3 yrs 10 months ago i started my journey and today when i look back i am so thankful that i found the courage to keep the quit when i wanted to smoke. Good Morning Slim, it's another beautiful day in northern Ohio. It felt great to be outside working in the yard over the weekend and getting some sun.

Ditto, this beautiful weather is really hooky time, but not smoking time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes Slim that is crazy, I cant wait to get to that point my friend. Still keepin' the quit: One month, three weeks, three days, 3 hours, 29 minutes and 24 seconds. 886 cigarettes not smoked, saving $203.44. Life saved: 3 days, 1 hour, 50 minutes. Spent the afternoon with the inlaws yesterday, visiting with my mother-in-law who chain smoked for more than 40 years, and now is on oxygen 24/7, she's been in and out of the hospital with pneumonia 4 times since January....I was amazed at how many times all her kids ran outside to have a cigarette, while their mother was sitting there like a billboard advertising why you should quit.
