Just checking in before I go to work!! I hope you all have a Happy Friday and a great weekend. I am off this weekend and am looking forward to it. It is my first weekend smokefree at home as I started working 7 in a row the 2nd day of my quit.
Today is another day and it is going to be a good one. I was thinking, wow, normally I would have gone through a carton of cigarettes and bought another by now if I were still smoking. Another almost 60 dollars in my checking account that will not go for smokes.
Anyway, be good to yourselves and I see you all soon!! Thanks for all your support!!
I have been quit for 1 Week, 7 hours, 58 minutes and 1 second (7 days). I have saved $58.65 by not smoking 293 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Day and 25 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 9/8/2005 9:00 PM
Hugs and love,
Karen

Karen, you made it through Hell Week. Congratulations. You have something to be very proud of. The extra money is really nice isn't it? It would be great if you could save all that money for a whole year and then do something REALLY nice for yourself.
Good luck and keep the quit no matter what!
"SMOKING IS NOT AN OPTION...AND NEVER WILL BE!
Cheering you on, Dee
