Oh boy.......I started this thread so I better stay on task, right? I am late in the day but I have been smoke free today and will pledge to stay smoke free the rest of the day and extend my hand to the next in line!!!
I have been quit for 1 Month, 2 Days, 23 hours, 41 minutes and 44 seconds (32 days). I have saved $263.89 by not smoking 1,319 cigarettes. I have saved 4 Days, 13 hours and 55 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 9/8/2005 9:00 PM

Hi there everyone. Today is a great day to pledge to be smoke free! My husband and I are married 14 years today!! I am pledging and extending my hand to the next in line. I hope you all have an awesome day!!

I'm still in! I'm back from a hunting trip with six others, and they all smoked!! It's interesting, the psychology of an addiction - at times I found myself feeling sorry for myself because I "couldn't" smoke. Welp, I quickly chided myself and reminded myself that I had made the choice to not quit. It is a choice. It's as simple as that. At times I was hanging on by my nails, but I am relieved and proud to say that despite the excruciating temptation I did it. I have over one month of sobriety and I am not going to blow it. Thank you all for being here, and thank you for this board.
