A cool grey morning here...hardly inspiring. Could use a fireplace and a glass of hot cider perhaps.
Spent Sat at a party in a smokey basement playing (and losing at) pool. Coughing sporadically throughout Sunday. My lungs just don't like that crap anymore.

Haven't been around lately....glad to see everyone is alive and well...particularly Judyb.
Today is first day back at work (been off for 2 months). Had an accident on the bike and now sport a plate and a hand full of screws in the hip. (Go ahead Dee...I know the jokes are coming. I deserve them.)
Anyhow, at least I didn't need a smoke while laying around.

I think I may have found my first buyer of a bicycle mounted airbag, I may invent.
2 months! You know how to take time off Bubb! My boss would hand deliver a laptop to me even if I was in a coma.
Great to "see" ya again Bubb.

Bubb, perhaps a magnetic seat would work well now...keep your butt stuck down real good, with all that metal in there!
Honestly, sorry to hear about your accident. Hope you continue to heal.

Bubb, I was thinking about you the other day and wondered why you were absent for so long. Welcome back and maybe rethink about riding the bike for a while. Sounds like you really took a spill, but I'm glad you are well and recovered and back at the board, I look forward to your posts. Quit Jan. 20, 2000

Welcome back Bubb. I'm glad you're on the mend. It's great to take some time off, but honestly, there are better ways to do it. ;D I'll be taking some time off again too. The end of next week is my last day of work. I'm being laid off - AGAIN! Oh well, I don't need to smoke to get through it, and that's what really counts.

Dot!! So glad you are along for the ride, again. Hope it's not so bumpy this trip. Bubb, sorry about your accident. Hubby got a new knee in March, and we have miniatures of the xrays and a card that tells of the new hardware - to use in airports. He's always had a problem with the scanners, anyway, because of all the shrapnel he brought home from Nam.
SueZ Five years, eight months, three weeks, four days. 125,747 cigarettes not smoked.
