I just wanted to thank you all here for your support in my quit. Yesterday was the first day off my patches and I at one point in the day started to crave the cigarette......almost to the point where I actually went and bought a pack at the store while grocery shopping. I resisted the temptation and made it through yesterday smoke free.
I had thought of you all and another group I go to and some of the posts and support that has been given to me and lots of others and that kept me going.
Sooooo...........today I still stand smoke free and am very grateful and feeling better too.
I have been quit for 1 Month, 3 Weeks, 5 Days, 9 hours, 11 minutes and 44 seconds (57 days). I have saved $459.06 by not smoking 2,295 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Week, 23 hours and 15 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 9/8/2005 9:00 PM
Hugs,
Karen

Good going Karen! You made it out of "Marlborough Country" - the backlane where all the smokers are.
