I did! And guess what! I remained smoke free. My first holiday smoke free in quite awhile.
We went to my mother-in-law's out of town and had a wonderful day and lots of food. It was time to walk again today as I had to get rid of some of the turkey setting in my tummy LOL!
I hope you all had a smoke free, safe, and fun Thanksgiving.
I have not smoked for 2 Months, 2 Weeks, 2 Days, 23 hours, 7 minutes and 18 seconds (77 days). I have saved $623.70 by not smoking 3,118 cigarettes. I have saved 2 Weeks, 1 Day, 3 hours and 46 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 9/8/2005 9:00 PM Grateful for each smoke free day!!!
Hugs,
karen
