Well, gang I passed another what I consider test! I went with hubby to my office Christmas party last night. And of course people were getting up and going to the bar to smoke. I would have been that person last year and the year before. The year before in fact, I had just started smoking again after 13 months when the party came around. Well, they got up and it was like ok that is their life, their lungs, their money. I enjoyed the appetizers, my very yummy meal, and the company of not only the smokers but he non-smokers and knew I would not wake up this morning hacking my head off because I smoked too much last night. What a wonderful feeling to wake up and be able to breathe in and breathe out and not cough like I did when I smoked. Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! Have a great Saturday everyone.
I have not smoked for 2M 3W 3D 11h 14m
Hugs,
Karen

Good for you karen!! I bet those smokers reeked too.
It's their life to be smokers and yours to be smokeless {by choice I will add}. Breathing is good.

Yep, it is a choice for sure Don and the right one. I took my walk outside a bit ago and I am slowly but surely able to breathe in and feel it actually going to my lungs. That is not something I ever felt while smoking. So another great thing from quitting smoking.
I have not smoked for 2 Months, 3 Weeks, 3 Days, 14 hours and 55 minutes
