Congrats Karen! I bet for those first few days you thought you could never quit. Thats what keeps most people from even trying. Your milestone shows that quitting is possible. Keep up the good work.
Minneapolis weather is looking good for the weekend. Finally. Yahooo. Time to get outside for a walk.

YIPPEE Karen...okay give me the scoop...is it still hard??? I don't know if I can take it if 6 months later I am still wanting to smoke. Maybe a thought once in a while I can handle but not much more than that. Do you feel better?  ? If you do what has changed? Just want to know what I have to look forward to : ) I need all the incentive I can get at this point. Have a great day. |
