6 Months! This is good! The time has passed as you knew it would. Determination yields many a treasure, in time, in dollar, in health we measure. What was once a smoker's chorus is now reducing to an echo, while we all travel that same path laid before us to you our attentions turn to say "Way to Go!" [^_^] . ...x....=b thumbs up!

Congrats Karen! I bet for those first few days you thought you could never quit. Thats what keeps most people from even trying. Your milestone shows that quitting is possible. Keep up the good work.
Minneapolis weather is looking good for the weekend. Finally. Yahooo. Time to get outside for a walk.

YIPPEE Karen...okay give me the scoop...is it still hard??? I don't know if I can take it if 6 months later I am still wanting to smoke. Maybe a thought once in a while I can handle but not much more than that. Do you feel better? ? If you do what has changed? Just want to know what I have to look forward to : ) I need all the incentive I can get at this point. Have a great day.
