batman here looking at 3 years in july. congrats pops, ann on 6 years. all you others are doing great and still my hero's. how bout it jp and karyn?? still with it ?? each day is a new gift that we can make choices. there are no mistakes in a new day batman

I took Monday off work so i never did get to smokebusters yesterday. Hi everyone! I quit 9 April 2006, just under 4 weeks ago and I feel great. Tried a month before but relapsed, this time motivated by websites like this and a support group once a week. Things can only get better if I stay smoke free. Just running again and doing all those things I couldn't do as a smoker!!!
