I can only assume that this is a good sign. A sign that we're all out there living our smokefree lives!
I will confirm that it is great to live without constantly thinking about puffing. It is entirely possible to wander about for a couple of days without nary a thought about it.
And then you notice those poor souls still trapped, you smell them too as they walk by. And you think to yourself. "Not me!"

Yesterday I was around a bunch of smokers and I was equally grossed out as well as feeling the siren call of the Nico Beast. I stayed vigilant and am glad I did!

I've been helping my mother move to my sisters house in Phoenix and if I had been smoking we would have never gotten the boxes packed nor organized her household in the time we did. Still tired us out but didn't wind us or take a million breaks to have the ciggy!

i do not think you totally lose the urge to smoke but what you do gain is the knowledge to have the strength to resist,

Batman I agree with your statement....that is how i feel anyways. I still get the urge now and again, but i resist knowing that i can never go back to the beginning....no way! I really like being a non smoker....i almost take it for granted sometimes.....untill i come here and remember and see newbies(albeit few and far between) WHERE are all the newbies and past quitters been??? Are you still out there? a HEADS UP WOULD BE NICE.
Last 2 days of school for the kids....summer vacation is here folks....perhaps i hould schedule one lol
God bless. _slim
