W o o H o oYou better believe it! If it was easy to quit smoking and change our lifestyle - everyone who sets a quit date would be successful. WE all know that doesn't happen. The beast grabs on and never really lets us go completely. I am thankful for the opportunity to find this group and somehow hang in there long enough to get past hell week, heck week and all the milestones afterwards. One month quit seemed like a lifetime. It was huge!!!!!!!!!!! I struggled for many months after that and i always seemed to come here before i cheated or took a puff and it was close on many a day. I do feel lucky that i am smokefree and proud of my accomplishment. My health, my family, my pocket book, my attitude, my everything is better because i set a quit date and vowed that "smoking isn't an option" any more...no matter what. 5 years later an i am so thankful for all the help i found here from current members and members past...i.e. just 4 u and southbeachfriends. You never really know when you are going to touch someone and make a difference in a life....Well you all made a difference in my life and for that i am forever thankful. 5 years baby...now that's what i'm talking about! Come join me. You can do it and we can help. _slim Me and my kids enjoying some put put...no smoking allowed. Frankenmuth, MI

That's one helluva milestone. Thanks for sticking around and showing us how it's done. I know that you have been a big help to me, and a lot of others on this bb. Thanks again.
