The basic success orientation is having an optimistic attitude. --John DePasquale
"Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence." --Helen Keller
"Think positively and masterfully, with confidence and faith, and life becomes more secure, more fraught with action, richer in achievement and experience." --Eddie Rickenbacker
The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything, they just make the most of everything that comes along their way. Happiness lives for those who cry, those who hurt, those who have searched, and those who tried, for only they can appreciate the importance of people who have touched their lives. Never let yesterday's disappointments overshadow tomorrow's dreams. --- Author Unknown

We all need to be reminded how much attitude affects all aspects of our lives. Negative thinking most definately masks success. I sure need to work on my attitude every day.
An interesting side note: I was at a nice couples home discussing ideas to maximize value and saleability when I said."Those red maples in your front yard are really beautiful" and the husband immediately jumped in and said how he hated those trees and they leach the water from the grass and on and on how bad those trees were. I said...best you don't say that to the buyer when he says ..."my what beautiful red maples you have" his negativity was very obvious thru-out the evening even tho he seemed like a nice guy. He didn't even realize what he was saying....point being....we all need to have a check up from the neck up now and again!!!

Yep, I need an attitude adjustment towards work lately. Anyone want to volunteer to give me a swift kick in the behind?

You don't need a kick, just a hug Work does tend to give us a bad attitude sometimes, especially during stressful times. I hope things slow down enough for you to get back into gear.

Judy, thanks for the positive thoughts and the hug. I really needed them. Working on that attitude, the support from this bb really helps.
