Well, I'm first on board this week and it is my honour to start the roll call.
Greetings from the Pacific Northwest where we've been experiencing gale force winds lately. Just a glimpse of what Hurricane Katrina must have been like.
Still smoke free and loving it. I've been getting up earlier and exercising 15 minutes each morning and I'm really noticing a difference. Perserverance brings furtherance.
Hope you are all well and Happy 2007 to everyone.

I've got a case of the yawnies today. Can't seem to get moving. Coffee seems underpowered.
Flo, I've too thought about getting up and joining the others that dogwalk\jog in the am....and then I realize who am I kidding, I barely make it out of bed without hitting the snooze alarm at least twice.

PS...Public Service Announcement: If you've quit on Jan 1 you'd be thru Hell Week already. Time flies. Never too late to quit today!

Today is day one and I found this site looking through other quit smoking sites. So far so good. I have nicorette for emergencies, but I am trying not to chew to many of them. I also have tea tree oil tooth picks which I have heard help out. This feels like it is going to be tough...

Hi Jay, glad your here. Drink lots of water, chew gum, hollor at the walls, whatever works. Craves don't last to long, do something to shift your attention away from cigs!
Flo...for me perseverance means standing in line at the grocery store!
Don..I'm usually up with crack of nine then 15 minutes exercise trying to find my clothes! Used to be 30 minutes, but then I was smoking.
batman, better breakout the Batmeds. We don't want our superhero ill & cranky.

Hello everyone. Sorry I am late, as it seems to be my style lately. A very good friend of mine passed away on January 4 and I found out the next day and attended her memorial on the 9th. Very hard.
I am still smoke free though and very grateful.
Hugs,
Karen
