Way to go Dot! You're on Chantix aren't you? My girlfriend is too. She's been smoke free since Jan. 1, and feeling really good about it. How 'bout you? Is the Chantix helping this time?

PattiB, the chantix really helps with craves, but makes me horribly nauseous. I'm getting by with cutting the pills in half. Of course that's not bad any way, with the price of the stuff! And an upset stomach cuts back on the eating somewhat!

My friend got nauseous at first, but then it went away after a couple of weeks. I hope yours does too Dot.

Way to go Dot! Hang in there! Read the article, "Smoking with Emphyzema" that Ann just posted. That should keep your eye on the ball.
Remember, one puff equals one carton so no smoking!

Alright Dot. Congrats. At 3 weeks, I know, you begin to sometimes have doubts on what's good, what's bad.... cigs are out, good air in. You know the action, I'm hoping you'll stay on the right team. Now, let's go watch the weather channel and throw plastic blocks at the forecast
