;D Hey! It was nine months yesterday that I quit smoking. It's hard to remember how hard it was the first day, the first week and the first month. How the craves were so intense it was a constant battle just to hang in for one minute. It's hard to remember when the thought of quitting was like losing the reason for living almost.
Yet, that doesn't make each day a miracle. People relapse all the time after a long time so the vigilence can't be loosened. One cannot take for granted the clean air, the easy breathing, the peace of mind, that quitting brings.
I still marvel.

Well, look at you, Flo!!!! Grate big congratulations on having 3/4 of a year behind you! You give me hope. Are you going to celebrate this big occasion!

flo, this is sooooooo great. when i reached 9 months i felt truly alive and that my confidence in all things had really grown. keep your quit, you deserve it.

Congratulations Flo. Nine months smokefree is huge! I hope you did something special to celebrate. Call me crazy Don, but I prefer the bubble gum cigars.
