So long as you think you love to smoke you will battle constantly till you give in and smoke again. You got to change that mental attitude to get to the smooth sailing part of a quit. You are addicted to nicotine and you should not love being addicted. The only thing smoking give to you is short term relief from the nicotine withdrawal that is caused by smoking. It is a vicious circle and you have to really want to take control of your life back from the addiction if you really want long term success without continual mental battles. You are at the point the effort is totally mental so take control of your thoughts, be sure of what you want and get that love to smoke negative attitude out of your mind.
