;D Hello and a Good Morning to everyone!
Thought I would start the roll call for a change. I am still smoke free and grateful. I had a smoking dream the other night and was so glad when I woke up and it was JUST a dream. Very strange but it seems to keep me in check in that I feel all the feelings in the dreams that I would if I really smoked and all the physical yuck too! So, not sure where it came from but today I am grateful for even the dreams as they show me where I DON'T want to be and that is smoking 2 packs a day again.
Hope you all have a great week. I am off till Saturday and enjoying it immensely.
Hugs,
Karen
I have not smoked since September 8, 2005. Quit days 619. I have saved $4,955.94. Life saved 3 Months, 4 Weeks, 10 hours and 53 minutes.

Good morning all! Yesterday was Victoria Day for us Canucks. Rained all long weekend but it was still good to get the time off. Did some spring cleaning. Re-did my closet. Wow. It really is empowering to know where everything is.
Just passed my one year mark and that is a marvel. The battle never stops though. You have to win each day.
Stay smoke free everyone!

Late, late, late. Busy, work and home. On the homefront it seems this is the year that the neighborhood finally realized we've been living in our house for the last 2 years. Both daughter and son are having visitors (daily/constantly) running thru and around the house. Also, parents of some said children have also swung by to visit. That and all of the sporting and scouting engagements. I almost, almost miss the *peace* of winter.
Flo, sounds like you just celebrated the Canadian holiday of Victory Day de la Flo. We have something similar to Spring cleaning, it's called Spring Mess...that's where all the toys of winter get intermingled with the newly pulled out toys of spring and you find it hard to walk without tripping.
Slim, does that Special come with anchovies?
