Rise and shine! A new week has begun. Just passed my one year anniversary smoke free! On looking back on the year, it is now apparent how much I have changed - and for the better. I am working with someone right now who is about my age, and smokes, and it is soooo obvious to me what's wrong with her though she blames it on 'aging' I see it is circulatory - the cloud of carbon dioxide and other poisons that are slowing killing her. By the grace of God....

many congrats flo. it is amazing how you notice things on other people that we all never considered forr ourselves. the first thing that i realized was that how much i did not smell but really must have STUNK so bad. i am happy for you and keep your quit. yes this batman is still smoke free.

yesssssssss I agree. I can say as a smoker I STUNK. I am so glad I smell good now. ;D

If anyone is getting rain, send some to NC. Hot, dry & water restrictions in effect for us in Baccyland. I don't smoke it, I hope they're sending it to China cause we don't want it.

Late I know, but still here. Lost the harddrive on the computer at home so that's out of commission. Stove broken too. Things aren't cooking at home.
