 I was able to restore data to a new hard drive on the home pc using a backup from 2 years ago...(and yet I do nightly backups at the office, go figure). On the restored disk I have backup of the gifs-image gallery from the old Southbeach site. I also found this page that I had saved and uploaded to a place you can see. I know... it's one of mine but you can see how the old Southbeach site looked..(wish I still had a Just4u snap): home.comcast.net/~wridj/Southbeachfriends-smoketalk.htm |

way to go don. i miss the old site too. it was the one and only no smoking site that i went on. i do not chat on line but i did on that one. the good part is look where we are today. one of my favorite post was i think judyb put it on was the almost hour by hour benefits of quitting smoking.
