Got the day off and am about ready to go to a scout day-camp with The Boy. Supposed to rain today. So at least we shouldn't be hot. Don't need to fit smoking into the mix. Great to have the monkey off my back.

Back from my morning walk. With the pace we set it's a good thing I don't smoke anymore.

Good morning everyone! Checking in from the great Pacific Northwest where the weather is breaking all records but thankfully, this week, the temps should go back to seasonal norms. Love the summer but hate the heat! Huh? Is that me talking?
Oh well, rain or shine, still not smoking and that is fantastic!
Have a great week everyone!
p.s. Countryblocks - good to see you hangin' in - CONGRATULATIONS on a month smoke free! You are amazing!

Hi Ho, still here. Had my 2nd angioplasty in 5 years. Walkin' the mornings away again. Ann, you walk south & I'll walk west, and we'll meet in Tennessee or there abouts.
Am I the only one, but I'm counting the days to cool, fall weather. I've had enough sweating for this summer!
No smoking for over 7 years. Now it's pasta & cheese & fruit & .... excuse me, lunch time!
