Look at all of these quitters & winners ^ Very very good!
The water in my area is receding and in its place we have a bumper crop of mosquitoes. I actually take the dogs out wearing a rain coat, so only my hands and some of the face get bit up.

Hi all! improvement of the past few days...walked swiftly carrying a baby carseat for about the length of a football field (airport) and did not run out of breath. Is it possible that even after all this time I have some healing going on? This is quite pleasing and hopeful to me. Yahoo for Champix ! Whatever I was getting from smoking I am not missing in the least with this drug. It truly is amazing. The only side effect is slight nausea if I forget to eat before I take it...also feel calm enough that when I do get a feeling that I would like to smoke it is fleeting and easy to dispel with simply stating I have no other option...or...stress caused feelings I tell myself to deal with it in another way...it gives you time to think...stay calm...figure it out...uh oh folks...looks like I can still babble away though...LOL...hope it makes some sense to someone...I love life. Well, everyone sounds like they made it through the holiday all in one piece and no backsliding!!! Yay quitters! I'm so over smoking and I can only thank God for that because none of the aids I tried worked for me. But, I'm glad that part of my life is over with! 4/24/00
