Monday calls again!
I wasn't smokeless yesterday...ran out of charcoal for the grill and added some wood to the BBQ. I had to apologize a bit to the neighbors for the horendous amount of smoke I made!

Good morning all from beautiful Vancouver! Smoke free and loving it. I still get the occasional 'urge' versus a crave and I find it is in the evenings lately after dinner. But it is momentary only and I use it to remind me of my hard journey here. Treasure your quit everyone.

Here and happy to be able to say that. Flo Flo Flo...thankyou and I will explain myself...you have no idea how many times in the past couple of days I have tried to tell a certain person that I could not understand where these sudden feelings were coming from...not cravings...but I could not put a word to thought...that certain person started getting all panicked that I was craving and soon would be wanting to smoke...not the case at all...but come H or high water I could not think of a better word...I started getting testy that the word crave would have to do...although I was not craving at all...it was...yes...URGES...magnificent word that...so...thankyou Flo. and before I take my leave I have a couple more improvements I want to talk about...hope you all don't mind...I am not coughing...not at all...am not short of breath...am not using a puffer at all...am even tempered most of the time...hey...maybe that is normal for me...I don't know that yet cause I was but a child when I started this nastiness so never really developed a personality so to speak without them...I am just now paying attention and truly finding out...never too late they say...but the one surprise feeling...one that has been commented on...I am calmer...yes...I was always jittery and jumpy...now I am calm...people can actually come up to me from behind and I don't jump through the roof anymore...my hands have stopped trembling...I don't get headaches anymore...and I feel good...so on to the weather...it is cold...supposed to rain...not liking it too much...but will accept it...like I have a choice...LOL Catch you later JP

Hello, no smokes here. Except minor brush fires, and as few bigger fires occuring. Extreme drought conditions. I can look in my back yard and see oak trees containing brown leaves and dead branches. Sometimes a snake slithers by, looking for water. Homeowners have been advised to remove combustibles near homes, such as pine straw. Humid but dry & hot. Come on cold front!
I believe it's time to instruct the neighborhood dogs to begin a more thorough watering program around the houses!
