Well, good morning to all you beautiful people. I thought I would start the roll call this morning since I am on the computer early for a change. I am very gratefully smoke free and enjoying each day as such. I hope you all have a great week.

So good to see some of the oldies still dropping by sometimes. For those still struggling - ATTITUDE - get good and mad at those smokes, and stay mad. They are NOT your friends.

Good morning all! Had a bad cold last week so I couldn't get to a computer (don't have one at home). Feeling much better today - would have probably had a bad cough this week when I smoked. Now, feeling like a million bucks. Have a great smokeless week everyone!

(Karen was up early!)
Great weekend here. Spent the afternoon yesterday boating with the family. The warm weather is destined not to last as already the leaves are changing color and falling.
No desire to smoke! Besides, how would a cigarette enhance my life?

dreaming about smoking but someone once said...dreams won't kill you...absolutely no desire in fact when I do get an urge I just tell myself that I am just too dang lazy right now to go to the store so put it off and soon the urge is over...really feeling good with this champix...it seems to be the answer...it doesn't quit for you but makes it so much gentler and kinder...so in a capsule...we are both still on the right track here. (G and me) Nice to "see" you all. JP

Hang in there country. I really don't know where "there" is but keep your cool."There" I go again. Stay warm. Where "there's" fire, "there's" smoke .. and with smoke "there's" friction. Stay quit, you'll only be a stronger person for it. So "there"!
