Well I made it to 4 months, but I had a dream the other night that I smoked 2 cigarettes. What's up with that? Hope I don't relapse, I'm atill taking Chantix.

These types of dreams seem to be pretty common. I had them and several others mentioned them. They don't seem to have anything to do with relapsing. I've known ppl with other additions that have had similar dreams too..like drinking dreams. When I went vegetarian I even had meat eating dreams!

I guess I had a few smokimg dreams when I first quit. It's not a sign that you are going to relapse Country, it's just something that happens.

4 months is no small task!! Way to go!
Smoking dreams are very common. They are not a sign of weakness or falter. If anything, they're a sign that you're smokeless and your dreaming brain forgot.

Don't even be thinking relapse Country...don't look for reasons to smoke because there are none. Smoking is not an option!
Congratulations on 4 months...that's some serious quit time. No looking back now.
