(Looks like Karen slept in late today) Enjoying summer's last hurrah...I think today will be the last 80 degree day I'll see this year. Sniff sniff It is somewhat wierd tho to have these temps and have some trees already bare of leaves. A friend of mine just came back from Vermont and has pics of the trees all changing colors. Another day and another day smokeless...really is a great feeling to throw that saying out so casually. 10-27-99

Well Slim you were right. It's Wednesday and fall is definitely in the air. Very cool and crisp morning. I headed out the door at 6:40 and the temp was 46! Does that ever make me thankful that I quit smoking. Used to be as soon as the cold weather started...every October actually, I'd be in the drs. office with bronchitis! I have not had bronchitis since I quit smoking. Thanks be to God, because without him, and this group I would probably be on meds for copd right now!

Gonna join the changing season weather Thursday. Another Record high today. I'm ready to walk out the door and feel 66 degrees for a change!
Watched freaky mind magician Chris Angel telling kids not to smoke, then in front of a group of youngsters, he made a cigarette disappear. We should send him to the smoke factories and send all those cigs to Mars!
